I am sorry for your loss.

After two kids and three m/c's I am really dry below now as well. I use Robitussin (which is an expectorant, a medicine that increases all body mucus) to increase my cm. Directions for it's use for ttc are here- http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/cm.html. For lubrication, when a little extra is needed, we use Preseed. I buy it on Amazon.com for $16.50, it usually includes two free pregnancy tests and free shipping. A box will last us two months. Egg whites have been recommended for lubrication but a warning is usually attached with the instructions. You can contract salmonella from using them, but the risk is minimal. Warm water is a great idea, I have seen several posts of women recommending it, but I personally have not tried it. Vaseline, vegetable oils, and saliva should not be used as they all contain a chemical or biological component that compromise and/ or kill sperm. Any oil based lubricant, such as canola oil and baby oil, have been used with minimal impact on sperm but they increase the risk of a vaginal infection. Of course a little extra foreplay should help to increase your own fluids naturally..... Good luck, I wish you the best.

The Lord of the jewelry, via J R R Tolkein. it is the wonderful written e book ever, rightly sitting atop the BBC's "great reads"checklist. It has each and every little thing - heroism, greed, loss, love, life, death, friendship. i know it relatively is a delusion, yet novels are approximately telling the tale and no person has ever executed it extra sensible. the main influential novel ever released. 2. Sophie's international, via Jostein Gaarder. an entire philosophy direction rendered into one maximum surprising e book, in case you % to appreciate how people think of and how they found out to think of one painful step at a time, it is the placement. I definitely think of each and every person could be extra sensible off with the understand-how of folk and the international they inhabit contained in those pages. 3. the hot testomony. definite, i understand a great form of non secular varieties would be pushing this, yet on your question they are surprising. it is the main influential e book ever in the western international and in case you examine it, it is going to ask your self you. maximum folk have purely a imprecise concept of what's in the e book, often offered from somebody else who additionally hasn't certainly examine it! it relatively is a unfavourable and modern-day tract, very distinctive to the moribund churchmen we produce in Britain these days. I am sorry about your little boy:(...

some one said Robitussin, ppl take Robitussin if they have a lot of cm, too much cm, that is not your problem,
I also use water!
and I heard that preseed is really good, but I think you have to buy that on-line.
I think back over the years, and man I had a lot of cm when I was 19-23, then after that every year that passes it seems to be drying up.

It is true Vaseline is bad.. but omg DO NOT use egg whites either. I have no idea where she got that from but that could be deadly! You can contract salmonella through the vagina just as easily as threw the mouth!

I would try to find a sperm friendly lube. Try googling it to find out what the best is and where to get it. I'm sorry for all that you are going threw. I can't imagine what that must have been like =( Good luck getting pregnant again soon!!

you should not use petrolium based lubricants for intercourse or anything else that goes up there. use KY jelly, Astroglide or someother water based lubricant.

Vaseline isn't designed to moisturize parts like your vagina. It would be best to go for KY jelly that states it is "non-spermacidal" or try Preseed.

I am very sorry for your loss.

Most lubricants can kill sperm. Vaseline is not an appropriate lubricant. Saliva has also been shown to kill sperm.
There are lubricants available that are "sperm friendly". Preseed is a lubricant that a woman applies internally. Pre is an external lubricant, used in mich the same way as KY or other lubes. Egg whites are also a good natural lubricant, just be sure to use pasteurized eggs to avoid an infection.

You could also try drinking green tea and taking Robitussin to try and improve your cervical mucus. Just be aware that green tea can also block the absorption of Folic acid so be careful not to drink it when you take your PNVs.

ADDENDUM: Someone says below to use water - water is not sperm friendly either. I say again, if you use egg whites, use PASTEURIZED eggs.
