I am going to a new years party at a gay club, and I have never been to a gay club before. Any do's and don'ts?

Why would I bring a woman to make people think I'm straight?
Why would I tell people I'm straight?
Carly... Pshhhh!
I'm GAY, and PROUD of it. If I'm not interested in a guy I will tell him I am not interested.
I vowed to myself when I left the closet to never pretend to be straight again. A gay bar is the last place that I will break that vow!

You don't need to act anything. Like others said, just be yourself. A happy, confident gay man is really attractive and desirable. If you can dance as well .... that's a bonus!!!
Do have a great time.
Don't do anything you're uncomfortable with or may regret in the morning!
Happy New year.
Have Fun. *Mwahh*

The Birdcage with Nathan Lane and Gene Hackman. Williams and Lane are a gay couple whose son is going to marry Callista Flockhart. Flockhart's father is a Republican senator, and he or she by no potential advised him that her fiance's "mothers and fathers" are incredibly a gay couple. subsequently, Williams is of a similar opinion to play it rapidly because of the fact the daddy, and Nathan Lane is of a similar opinion to be in drag (he's the celeb drag charm in William's nightclub) because of the fact the mummy whilst they meet her mothers and fathers for the 1st time. The action picture is a re-make of the french "la Cage Aux Folles," which replaced right into a play, a musical, and a action picture.

DO: Be friendly and courteous and have a great time!
Don't: Act. Don't be rude to someone if they offer a drink and you're not interested. Don't stare at someone (unless you're interested)

Well firstly you won't get the option to tell anybody anything. I can tell you that much. It will be loud and people aren't there to chit chat about who's str8 and who's gay. They will assume you are gay, and may flirt with you. Gay men aren't total vultures so just be polite and you will be fine.
Sorry had to post to read the rest of your question. There's a tonne of gay clubs, all different types of music, so I can't be more specific. If you are gay and have never been then you will have fun. I had the most fun before I got tired of gay clubs and knew better, but the first times were great fun.
Get ready for skin, it's a possibility. And perhaps a drag queen ringing in the new year wearing far too many sequins and chandelier glass crystals for earrings.

Why would you go to a gay nightclub unless you are gay? There. You answered your own question. Don'ts? - Duh.
