Just flirt with him a little, but hold back. Don't give to much away. You've got to give him just enough so that he comes after you. If you just offer yourself... it won't work.
Now, once you get to the kissing stage...

Well it helps if you're a girl, since he likes to kiss them. I'll assume you've got that down already. As for the kissing, use your lips. I'll assume you have those too. Also, It tends to help if you dress hot, and lead up to the kissing with some polite conversation or something...
