How can i... put movies or videos that i've download on my computer to my itunes . Ple@se help

Okay, they're already on your computer? Just open iTunes and go to File > Add File To Library (or File > Import) and find the movie. It's that easy. It'll be put under the Movies section in iTunes.
Make sure it's in MPEG-4 (mp4) form, though!

EDIT: If it's a music video or whatever, it'll still be put under the Movies section. To move it, right click on the vid and click Get Info. Then go to the Video tab. Then you have the option of sorting it as a Movie, a TV Show, or a Music Video.

Okay, first open up itunes, and let me guess no ipod try download virtual ipod but that foreget oit listen.
Open up itunes and then click file import file import all everyhting to libray and then check ur movie library and video libray and it should be there then watch em..
