Patriots

1. Jets. Horrible team.. just lost to the Bills dont forget.
2. Chargers. Better now, but was playing terrible when they faced the Pats
3. Bills.
4. Bengles. Worst defense there has been in a long time
5. Browns. Walkover for any good team.
and so on..........

Correct if I am wrong, but are any of those teams over 500?

Cowboys.

1. Giants. OVER 500
2. Dolphins. Ok, they suck.
3. Bears. Blew them out. Oh yeah they, they just beat the packers to by the way.
4. Rams. Yes they suck
5. Bills. Not good, but they were playing some momentum and had crowd.
and so on...............

As far as I call tell, the Cowboys have had a harder schedule. So why is everyone is saying having been tested, but they are not saying it about the Pats?

OK HOW DO YOU SAy one team's schedule is worse or better then this team or that. It isnt the teams fault that the teams they play have injuries or did not amount to what was expected of them.

The Pats beat teams that combined for 120 wins this year, while the Cowboys beat teams that combined for 127. Now, while that looks like a big disparity, keep in mind that 3 of those 127 wins came against the Cowboys, while none of the 120 for Pats opponents came against the Pats. If we switched their records, then the Pats opponents would have won 123 game, while the Cowboys would have won 124. Pretty even, no? The Pats played the "easier" schedule because they beat everyone they faced. The Pats had six wins against 10-win teams, the Cowboys only 3. They've both been tested, the Pats have done better on the test (Not even counting 48-27 IN Dallas).

Great point. The cowboys definately played a harder schedule than the pats. Even if you just look at their conference games. The boys did not have an easy season.

Actually, the Patriots' schedule has been the subject of many questions since the season began.

New England certainly did play some bad teams, but they also played some very good ones too.

They played 6 games against teams that won at least 10 games (Steelers, Browns, Colts, Chargers, Giants, Cowboys).

They played 6 games against playoff teams (same list as above, except replace Browns with Redskins).

They played 5 games against teams with 7-8 wins (Bengals, Broncos, Eagles, Bills twice). These teams weren't in the upper echelon of the league, but they weren't terrible.

So, they played a few games against very good teams, a few games against bad teams, and a few games against teams somewhere in the middle. Can't the same be said for any team in the league?

neither have had an easy road. I think that those two teams may have had the most dificult schedules in the league. The Cowboys had New England, the Giants twice, the Redskins twice and the Packers. Both deserve the spots they have going into the playoffs.

Patriots faced Colts, Cowboys, Chargers and Steelers. Is that not hard enough schedule?

Ahh dont forget the Pats also almost lost to the Ravens who Miami BEAT! And the Eagles, also they play Miami twice and the Bills,Jets. At least our division is a little tougher and we beat the Packers also!! Yes they beat the
Colts but they were a hurting team then, its gonna be alot harder come playoffs when the Colts have everyone back!!!

I hate the Cowgirls, but I have to agree with you. The NFC East is a tough division to play in. There are 3 teams going to the playoffs and the Cowgirls beat them all at least once. Not saying that the Pats had an easy schedule but we can't say that the Cowgirls played an easy schedule. Hail to the Redskins. I didn't know a team could only rush for 1 yard.
