Are there downloads like Game Tap only completely free?

I want something like Game Tap only I dont want to pay to play the good games.

they arent any organized sites but if you google search for specific games you can usually find them.

If you go to your local Video Game Store after hours, there's no one there to make you pay for games. Of course, taking games without paying for them is STEALING, but that clearly isn't your concern....

isnt that what we all want everything free for the good stuff but yeah probably look around you might find something
