well I guess you could adopt, but you said you wanted it to be your own.. If he is infertile than I dont think you can have one of your own unless you cheated on him, and well that isnt a possiblitlity AT ALL... So just talk about adpotion or I guess if you both agree you could find a sperm donor and go abouts that way.. Or maybe your husband could acculate his sperm some how through the hospital etc of course and they could test his sperm each time to see if its fertile or infertile and if its fertile you could to the invitro and they can inject his sperm into your egg and maybe go about it that way??? this is a tough question.... Best of luck though!!!
happy new year!!!!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

You could do IVF with sperm they extract directly from his testicles. Its a procedure called ICSI and its where they take the egg and directly inject the sperm into it. Guaranteed conception. Then they transfer the embryos to your uterus. Even though he isn't producing sperm in his ejaculate, he is more than likely producing it in his testicles, and for some reason its just not making its way out like it should.
Best of luck to you!

Do you mean if he were sterile? If he were sterile, meaning -- no sperm at all. We would discuss our options and make a decision together about a possible donor.
If it were a different issue, say he has a low count or poor motility, then there are medical treatments available to get around those issues.
Male infertility accounts for about 40% of infertile couples. It's very common. That doesn't mean these men are sterile, it just means they have an issue that makes it less likely to conceive without intervention.

Probably go to a sperm bank or look for a donor some where. I would def. NOT have sex with another man, with or without his consent, thats just disturbing and disgusting. Thats just me though....

I would consider artificial insemination. Some men actually ask male relatives to donate so that the baby will be part of the paternal line.

Talk to your husband. Figure out what's the reason for his infertility. Also, see a RE for advice. Worst case, you can get a sperm donor.
