That's wonderful, to see your sister after 25 years.

You must have an interesting story to tell.

2007 was a good year, with some great memories, that I have written about in my personal history.

One of the biggest events was a surprise 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary party, given by our children and grandchildren. Held in our back yard. It was just family, to total 40, children, grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and spouses.

We had two beautiful granddaughters, get married in June.

We also had two beautiful great granddaughters born in April and an announcement of one on the way. (a boy)

And I made it through the year, without being in the Hospital or needing to take antibiotics.

Yes, it was a very good year and I am so grateful.

Another best thing is. . . . I am getting to know and appreciate the seniors in the senior section. It means a lot to me.

I wish all, a very healthy and prosperious New Year.

I have finally got around to doing some personnel research into "why am I here" (on this earth)....and I have been enjoying trying to put into practice the things I have learned....I still struggle with many issues, but I will give it all my best shot in the coming new year to try and improve my life through positivity
Happy and safe new year to you too xx

Happy new year one and all.

I was asked to contribute to a book by an author .

I also contributed some articles and stories for two other books which will be coming out in the next year or so.

I survived a heart attack and kidney failure with no residual damage and have had no major health problems , other than my chronic back problem all year.

The coyotes and owls didn't get any of the cats, the truck ran another year, the utility bills are paid until the 20th, and I'm still getting up every morning loving life.

Good year, all in all.

Good you enjoyed seeing your sister.

Best to you
Jack
