What is the difference between operator and structural genes / Provirus and Prophage?

please i need as much details as possible because i cannot distinguish the difference between them

For the first pair, a structural gene is a gene that codes for an enzyme or other protein that has a function in a cell. An operator gene is one which is involved in the control of the expression of a structural gene. In the lac operon, for example, the structural genes are lac z and the other two, while the operator is the region of the operon that the regulatory protein(s) bind to.

I don't think that there is any difference at all between a provirus and a prophage.
