Yes. Call the store and ask. Have the make and model number handy. Ask them to put it at customer service so you can come and pick it up/pay for it.

Probably not. The website uses the electronic inventory from the store to decide if it's available for pickup, so if it says not available, it means that the store doesn't show any in inventory.

There could have been one on layaway, or one that was returned that hasn't been put back in inventory yet, but they wouldn't be available sor sale until they were scanned in anyway.

I'd call or stop by the store to see if a new shipment is just arriving on the loading dock.

It's quite possible that the store does have the item as the websites are not always 100% correct.
Just call and ask them.

Normally not, but you can get the model number or item number on the web and call. They can tell you if they have it, how many they have, and when they will be getting more in (if ever).

They have it at the warehouse, or a warehouse extention. They would probably want to mail it to you as they did me.
