Actually it is a common misconception that the best eggs are laid by Easter bunnies. The best eggs are actually laid by the Ukrainian Christmas bunny.
They say that one of the reasons that the Ukrainian Christmas bunny's eggs are of such a high quality is because it lays them about 10 days later than the normal Christmas bunny.
