Hitman 4, mission 5, murder of crows. WHY CAN'T I EXIT THIS LEVEL?

i have killed all 3 off them and taken the suitcase? i go to the south street gate and I can't get out... its like an endles mission. whi is this? PLUS HOW DO I VIEW THE MAP AND ZOOM WITH THE SNIPER? thanx alot
