The Texas RoadHouse. (Sterling Heights, MI) The food is terrible. The Chicken salad is the worst and the rolls are doughy.... Avoid at all cost...

You will probably intake more calories from a sit down restaurant. Usually you get a salad with dressing, maybe an appetizer, then your meal. The food tastes better at sit downs because they use butter more than the fast food joints. There is nothing wrong with going to a restaurant and order a nice grilled chicken or steak salad and asking for the dressing on the side, so you can control the caloric intake from the dressing. Don't be afraid to go out and eat. It sounds like you think there is nothing to eat when going out. This is not the case at all. It is true what you said about the "lite" offerings that some places have on the menu about being pretty high in calories. But just make wise choices like broiling instead of other ways of preparing food. Cut back on what you eat the rest of the day if you know you are going out to eat. Or just do a few more minutes of exercise to burn the extra calories. Life is too short to not enjoy what you eat.

Petosas in Monroe, Wa. I went there with my step-kids when I was pregnant with my son. I thought maybe I didn't like it because I WAS pregnant, but my step-kids hated it too. I have been in food service for over 20 years and this was the worst place I have ever eaten.

The cici's where i live is terrible
as well. Somehow, it's always
chosen as the place to have team
parties, etc, but I consistently get
food poisoning! The Taco Bell near
my house is amazing, but the one
twenty minutes away is a stoner
hangout, totally stinky and gross.

Calrs JR........the food is lays cold, andthe people there are very rude, and they take forever to make your food, but you can see the workers meesing around and chatting!

CiCi's Pizza. It is a chain that may be only in Southwestern PA. But they are all bad. How anyone can screw up pizza is beyond me. But they do it consistently.

Ashland City, TN. Our KFC/Taco Bell SUCKKKKKS! 5 out of 10 visits they will be out of chicken (yes, out of CHICKEN AT A KFC). The other half of the time they'll royally screw your order up. There's a minimum of a 10 minute wait at the drive-thru, consistently, and any fried Taco Bell products (such as the Taco Salad shell) reeks of "old oil" taste so badly you can't stand to eat it. I'm not a picky eater at all, in fact, I'm quite tolerant usually, but I HATE that place cause they suck so bad. (just Ashland City's)
