i have a dwarf puffer fish but i dont know what i need to care for her please give me some ideas and why!!!!!

It's generally not a good idea to buy a pet unless you already know how to care for it. A few things you should know:

They need a well cycled aquarium, because they don't tolerate ammonia and nitrite in the water.

They are fin nippers and territorial, so shouldn't have tankmates other than other dwarf puffers, and only one male to a tank.

They need a supply of hard foods like snails and shrimp with the shells on to keep their beaks worn down - if the beak gets to long, the puffer can't feed properly and will starve.

They should have plants in the tank to help remove nitrate and provide some sense of security.

It would be good to have a little more background information, such as did you just get this thing today and throw it in a bowl or tank that you filled up from tap water that day...

You should really research and animal, and especially fish, prior to brining them home. For starters, they require an aquarium that has been running for at least 72 hours, but thats not going to be possible.
