Yes, totally, for one thing, I'm Asian and most Asians are for some reason.... haha...
But seriously though, for example, we believe that whoever step inside your hourse first the first day of the lunar new year will grant you their lucks/bad lucks the whole year. The year my grandpa died, my grandma came out to the living room to find a crow fly through our living room window on the first day of the lunar new year.
When I graduated college, I was struggling on finding a job for almost a year, then one day, I bought a feng shui book for fun and I like how one of the illustrated pix show how your room should be arrange to bring wealth or whatever, I just try it for fun one weekend cause it does seem to make my room bigger, next month, I landed my first job without even trying or expecting,
They might all be just coincidences, and I'm not a really big superstition believer, but I still want to know what stuff to avoid doing...

Yes, I avoid black cats, I don't step on cracks or walk under ladders. If I see a peeny on da floor I won't pick it up unless it's heads cuz tails is bad luck. I always knock on wood cuz "u never know". Yeah, one might say I'm a lil superstitious.
