Yesterday, I watched "Shadowlands" a movie about C.S Lewis and his wife. She was dying of cancer and left her little boy. My mother died when I was little, of cancer. It was very moving and sweet movie.
I cried for a while, and felt better for it.

These last forty years of my life. I would say the longest time was when the parents dog died after months of crippling pain and partly because it symbolized my experience in existence. Things are better now, but there is no such thing as perfection. The children suffering in other lands. That's one reason I won't watch TV anymore.

When I was working at a restaurant I had to cut up several dozen onions, needless to say, it brought tears to my eyes.
