With the Spurs hit with injuries, and the Mavs and Suns being uncharacteristically inconsistent, I would have to say its the Celtics right now. However, its really not a guarantee to a title as we all know what happened last year to the best regular season team. Plus, don't discount Detroit, Cleveland, or Orlando who have shown they can beat the Celts.
