You can't. In the USA you must have a doctor's prescription to get drugs from a pharmacist.

The pharmacist has to fill the prescription the way the Doctor has written it.
It doesn't matter what YOU want, it's what the Doctor has written.

Would need more information. In dealing with serious health concerns, when medications get more expensive / more of them needed, it gets complicated. Insurance companies don't want to pay for this or that or place limits on how much they will pay. Doctors seem to write the prescriptions/ Pharmacists find something wrong with them / delay them / results in you having to make another trip or alternatively, insurance wants you to use mail order. co pays are a mystery / you never pay the same amount twice. it seems to make a difference in how prescriptions are written / how much you pay ? it's an incredible nightmare all of it. in so far as action ? well you can fire the doctor / or pharmacist anytime you want ? just use another one. eventually /hopefully you will establish a good relationship / they will both understand your needs and will work together well. unfortunately, it's not smooth.

If you go to Mexico you can buy a prescription, this is common practice, and you can get what ever you need. I feel you may have a problem or maybe you can not afford to see a doctor?

Get a prescription from a real doctor and instead of asking the pharmacist to give it to you offer to pay him for it.
I hope this helps.

Why did he deny it?
If it was something you had a prescription for, then try making a complaint with the pharmacy itself.
If the pharmacy was the only pharmacy around, and you need the prescription and he won't give it to you, then you might be able to get a lawyer and have something done about it.

What drug? you need to provide all facts in your question if you want a informed response.
. Are you talking about birth control or day after pills? If you are, courts have ruled that a pharmacist can in fact refuse to fill a perscription that he finds morally unacceptable or agianst his religon. Many pharmacists refuse to fill such orders.

if it is a prescription drug you have no recourse, if it is an otc (over the counter) drug then he may be telling you that it is not right for what you need. Is it possible that it is one of the OTC's that are being controlled to help prevent it from being used to make meth or crack and you are not of age?

You can't. A pharmacist has a right to deny you service if he doesn't believe the script is legit, or he suspects abuse. There are many reasons. Try another pharmacy.
