heard it once but I don't know much about it, can someone tell me more. I only know that it like keep the old energy and you need to cut it to get rid of it, that's why monks need to shave bold before they join. I cut my nails now, and I will cut the ends of my hair to start the new year new.

everything is made up of energy even inert solid man made objects have energy . So the concept you are talking about is true yes hairand nailesdo have storeed memories and energy . To a scientist even a solid peice of wood is vibrating , displaying energy and is also holding energy as well. granted the vibration of asolid is a damn site less noticable than that of a gas.but this aside from a purely spiritual point of view we all possess ki the universal energy and yes this is everywhere .

I believe that nails and hair keep energy revolving around us but I really don't think from our hair we capture memories.

In my classes we learned that "memories" can be classified in many different ways. For example, you can tell if people have been poisoned by certain poisons or exposed to certain minerals by analyzing their fingernails, toenails, and hair. That is a kind of memory.
