Start with cleaning the coils on the back of the refrigerator. They may be so dirty that the compressor has frozen up. If this doesn't work you will probably have to call an appliance repair service.

Check if the compressor is running also by turning the thermostat from 1 to 10 and if you hear a sound then the compressor is running. If it is running and there is no cold, then somewhere in the piping or in the system there is a leak. You may need to refill the freon.

Is the freezer part still working? If so then you may just have an ice damn build up between the freezer and fridge sections.
You may have to do a manual defrost.

Does the compressor come on? If not that's a problem.

Check the thermostat, perhaps it was bumped.
