THEY SAY I HAVE TO PAY THEM I THINK 15 DOLLARS I THINK AS A BILL TO KEEP THE CARD GOING AND I HAVE IT TO PAY BUT DONT KNOW HOW TO PAY THE COMPANY... THEY SAY THEY TURNED OFF MYCARD AND I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD TRY TO PUT MONEY ON THE CARD OR SEND IT VIA MONEY ORDER HELP THX.....

Don't waste your time with this useless card. Activation is a nightmare and they have the worst customer service and you would get bumped from one person to another. I am still trying to resolve a problem I am having with them for a card I bought in Dec 14th. I am planning on lodging a consumer complaint with the BBB.
