You have to get new Egyptian one, I observed, please confirm.

It is acceptable under the following rules & regulations;

- You are a foreigner or if egyptian, then you have another nationality.
- Max validity time while in Egypt is 6 months, if u intend on staying longer, then u will need to get an Egyptian license.
- You are not a permanent resident of Egypt. If you are on a tourist or temproary stay visa.

If the above rules apply to you then just use your international license.

international driving licence only for one year you can use it in egypt if you are foreghnir if you are egyptian you can not use it it is for abroad only

If you are Egyptian you can not use an International driving license in Egypt. If you are non Egyptian if your international license is still valid you can use it to drive in Egypt. Its duration is one year since the date if issuing it.

By itself, an international driving licence is of no use. You must have another national licence to accompany it.
