At Level 2 you can answer 40 questions per day. The chart at the bottom of the attached link shows you what you can do at the various levels. You can also get to this page by clicking on your total points.

Depends on the level. Level 5 and up- you get to answer unlimited questions. Before that there are daily limitations.
