my aunt and i are not speaking. my daughter called the court house and they told her something like it is in probate. my health is failing and i could use this money while i am filing for my disability. i would appreciate any advice anyone could give me

Unfortunately, you have to wait until the probate period is over. The lawyers are probably going over the Will and will contact you once all proceedings are finished... sorry, but it can take some time.

Maybe contact attorney who wrote the will for uncle? Or contact an attorney yourself to do the research for you?
