we wish but God fulfills or stays.
so it depends upon the strength of my wills coming from the aggregate value of my past actions stored in my moment of current time. Not only that if my action of this moment have continuous activity in moments to continue then my wishes of future moments also have bearing on moments still to continue thereafter. Like Mr I Do and Miss I Do get married at this point of time with well wishes for each other but then their future actions keep them still Mr and Mrs Do's or turn at least one of them Mr or Ms Sorry!
Therefore, our wishes in this time to be a wish forever, we have to keep our good deeds continuously uplifted. It is not adequate to do a good deed at this point of time and then do something against the deed for the rest of our life.
Most importantly we can posses physical wealth in various forms such as a a cash savings' account in a bank. If we are to hire God's space of time to store our moments of good deeds in, we have to do the deeds in order to please Him.
All conditions put together can only make our wishes of this time to be effective in the continuity of space of Allah's time.
