I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.

Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.

Depression Free Method?

Omg! You are ME! I know u asked this question about 5 years ago but I'm literally going through the EXACT same thing u did! Someone at my school gave me brownies that were laced with weed & I didn't know and I had a horrible panic attack in school! And every since then I've been having really bad panic/anxiety attacks and I also think I have depersonalization too & it's so scary to me! I also have a fear of going crazy & being schizophrenic too and that's my worst fear and I fell like I'm going to have a mental break down & loose my mind! I was just crying about this last night! I'm trying to keep my calm but it just feels like im going to loose it! Can you please help mee! Did you get over this or do you still feel like u have de personalization? What worked best for u to help you over this horrible feeling & stop questioning& worrying about everything? Also, what did u do to help calm yourself down when u were having panic attacks? Please respond!! Thanks so much!!!!!!

roz D had me worried for a bit, but it was just for the drama with her. We all lose a lover or two, and it just takes some time to deal with it. I'm sure she will be out tonight partying her tushy off.

Worry? No. I occasionally concern myself, though.
