Kind of, like loneliness and isolation.
Other people just may feel resentful and jealous, or frankly I don't know what they feel, but it seems they do tend to "avoid" people they think are too pretty or beautiful, especially I think women do this. It's part of their competitive nature, I guess.
Another price that comes to mind is being "mis-cast" in your role,
(IE) maybe in the role you play in your family or your work place, or even in your group of friends. Sometimes they tend to label you as the "dumb" one, or the ding-bat, or the "trophy" wife or girlfriend type. Which really gets screwed up because then you get rewarded for behaving in that manner, which actually encourages it.
Being attractive has a fair amount of pitfalls, but that would probably be hard for people who have the opposite problem to understand, and understandably so.
.......and Myth-Beast makes a great point, that I have found to be so very true....I wasted so much time NOT working on my mind, my education, and my personal growth as a human being, because I didn't realize I wasn't going to "look" 21 forever.

$2000 a day for the spa treatment sounds a little pricey to me. Glad I'm a guy. If I shave, bathe, and brush my teeth, I'm way ahead of most guys.

Well that cheesy line "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" always comes to mind. I don't like this question... It reminds me of how ugly I feel. I think about how being beautiful or as what others see as beautiful, might lead to loneliness and disappointment, since people might not even care what is in the inside, just like people don't even consider what someone who looks repulsive is feeling. I might be rambling on, but in a sense maybe unattractive people and beautiful people are gonna be disappointed often by others, until someone who isn't blinded comes around I guess, hopefully, though I'm making things simpler than they are.

Yes, it does. Beautiful people have a very hard time differentiating between what people are doing for them because they are beautiful and what people are doing for them because of other qualities. This is especially problematic for women because guys will sometimes build entire worlds around them just because of their beauty. If they don't cultivate other positive qualities beyond beauty, then their entire world can fall apart when their beauty fades in their 30's.

Yes, if you are overly beautiful, sometimes people have a hard time seeing what else you haave to offer, I however, do not have this problem....lol
