First and foremost, leaders lead unlike bosses who boss.

Outstanding leaders are never afraid to do what's right. They tend to have a clear vision and are passionate about their goals and passionate about the well being of those that follow them. They are quick to appreciate and slow to criticize. They tend to be trustworthy. They teach rather than condem ignorance.
