Because I have one (GV-NX85T512HP model) and I find it GREAT! But I've been reading a lot of warnings about that Card. I haven;t encountered any problems with it and I found its erformance awsome. Did anyone suffer from it in anyway? If so please let me know.

It is based on NVIDIA’s new generation G86 unified architecture, SPARKLE GeForce 8500 GT DDR2 512MB graphic card features fast 450MHz core speed and 128-bit 512MB DDR2 video memory.

It supports advanced Shader Model 4.0 graphic rendering technology, bringing high-resolution DirectX 10 gaming, stunning Microsoft Windows Vista graphics, and stellar HD DVD and Blu-ray video playback.

Easy to use y everyone regardless of budget. Every product has defects or warnings attached to them. No product is perfect.

My advise? Use it......

It really depends on what kind of games you play. There's a reason why the card is there in the market. They are cheap, and caters for users who doesn't need high performance.

You buy a card base on your budget and requirement. As long as you're happy with the card, you've got the right card for yourself.

If you compare it to 8600 or 8800, certainly its not as fast, and if you need that high level of performance, then you will find 8500 to be a "problem". If you don't need, then its not a problem at all..

Other than performance, there's nothing wrong with that card. It's not going to explode or burn your computer lol. Its just a normal graphic card like any other graphic card.

So don't worry. Keep using it. you won't face any more problem than other graphic card
