I'm gonna be 18 in one month and I got the same problem. Although I know that my 18 will include alcohol (but I've drunk several times before, as you aren't).
I will most likely go to Helsinki to watch a movie with friends, just hang out, drink some (maybe go to bar), have fun.
And on the next day I shall go to my driving test to get my driver's license, lol.
Edit: I don't think a little alcohol would do any harm. If you take it just a little it only affects you positively. I don't personally get those who avoid using alcohol (discluding alcoholists).

I went out and got drunk, everyone bought me drinks and I became rather wasted, soon at about 12 midnight we went to a club, I dont remember being up there but apparently we were there for 5 mins and then I disappeared, next thing I was being sick on the step of the club, very embarrasing, people turned up and saw me being ill lol, then we walked back to the pub we used to basically live at and I was sick in the toilet there and then as I lay on the floor below the sinks the bouncer and bar lady I knew very well came in, I started saying "oh know you're going to kick me out aren't you" then I asked my friend to get me orange juice and crisps lol; I threw the orange juice down the sink and left the crisps, soon after the bar maid explained that it wasn't safe for me to be in there like that so everyone took me outside, I wanted to go to a different club and said that I felt better...when I didn't really, we got in a taxi with this weird bloke, the taxi driver knew me and was laughing at me and reminising his 18th then we were back at mine and my friend had to help me into bed!!!
Everyone said to me that I wasted my 18th and what a rubbish memory, others said that, that is what your 18th is all about. I have no regrets, but if you want to remember your 18th with style don't accept so many drinks and if people just give them to you (like they did me) including the bar staff then I would recommend donating them to the nearest, tallest person in the group lol.
Personally our 18th in the UK involves drinking, but you can do other things like go skating, or ummm, go cinema but none of them have the same 'edge' as going out clubbing and drinking to your 18 years of livelihood!!!
Have fun!

I bought a few lottery tickets, a playgirl and a packet of cigarettes just out of principle (i threw them away, i don't smoke). I also got a tattoo - but it's something i've wanted for a long time and drew up myself so don't do that unless it's something you really want!
