Are they really? Well I never..... What is the world coming to when a cup of cocoa and an early night is no longer the best way to see the old year out and the new one in? It doesn't end, trust me, it's an excuse for a problem that just gets worse. I was there once, couldn't wait for the new year celebration so I had a reason to really tie one on

when the government come to their senses & TAX the hell out of it!
tax it out of everybodies reach.
then the alcohol addicted wasters will get a wake-up call they can't miss..
why should the NHS bail out binge-drinkers?
they want to kill themselves with alcohol ( A DRUG ) then get on with it & leave the NHS for the people who are sick through no fault of their own.
