Would it be legal for someone from Antiqua to set up an internet shop offering music, movies, games, etc?

Even if it were so, it would be illegal for an American to buy from them. The music industry also goes after people who download stolen music from foreign sites.

Answer: If your point is that the World Trade Organization is Anti-American then well DUHH!
Those U.N. types Hate America's Republic/Capitalism...whole industrialist success thing.
The Kyoto/ Man Made global warming is nothing more than a Criminal Enterprise by the third world, to rob, steal, and rape their industrialized betters!
Seems to be a pattern there.
