The only way to get a black rose is to dry it and then dye it.

I know this works with carnations not sure about roses. Take food dye mix some colors together until you get a black solution. Then put a white rose in it and it will suck up the solution and turn black. Again I know this works with carnations, I've never tried it with roses but it's worth a try.

The closest "live" rose anyone can grow that looks somewhat black is a dark purple-red/maroon or "deep blackberry" colored rose.
"A pure black rose does not exist, however there are some very dark red roses out there with names like; 'Black Baccara', 'Barkarole', 'Black Beauty' and 'Black Magic'."

Here's the Black Bacarra Rose: "A ...dark red rose, Black Bacarra conveys a sense of magic due to its deep blackberry color. When placed under dim lights, the Black Bacarra rose appears mysteriously black."

You can make artificial black "roses" from silk or other material.
Here's a company that sends a choice of either dead roses that have turned black, or black silk roses, to those you'd like to shock:

Another company sends what looks like a dozen black roses...but the "roses" are actually made of "prunes" LOL
This bouquet looks easy to make:

You can even make "black roses" from black colored duct tape or electrical tape. Maybe you can pattern your rose from this picture:

Good Luck! Hope this is helpful.
