Its 8.40 pm here, 3 hrs and 20 minutes til the new year, and here I am bored alone in the house, nothing but partying on TV, my 2 year old daughter is asleep and my husband is out at a party. I want to know if anyone else is as lame as me?

Yeah I am lame too. My boyfriend didn't want to go out or do anything with any of my friends. Instead he comes home late after a long day of hunting, eats the nice dinner that I prepared for us to eat together (I had already eaten since dinner is typically 6 or 7ish, not 830), and then falls asleep after eating.
So, I am spending new years sulking alone while he snores away in the living room.

I watched "The party" (Sixties Peter sellers comedy) and it made me chortle. The final time I had a stable NYE strengthen into over 10 years in the past and that i'm no longer even that old :) I agree that it is an hyped up night and that i hate something contrived. in keeping with annum I tell myself, "next year would be extra sensible", yet it extremely is one element i'm no longer likely to try this night! somewhat, I accept as true with the strategies made which includes pampering your self, gazing some thing humorous, examining a e book, taking holiday to duplicate on the previous year, and in keeping with hazard do what I did, write a catalogue of achievements for 2012, whether it is a few thing so user-friendly as handling to maintain your place sparkling and tidy! Hugs xx

Why is your husband at a party without you anyway, if you couldn't get a babysitter then he should be with you, what kind of way is that to ring in the new year without your spouse, I am on my way to my fiances house right now, he is having people over. It's almost 7pm here and he lives down the street. My 16 and 18 year old boys are out with their girlfriends right now, it's the first time I haven't spent the new years with them too, but they are getting older.

Yeah, i am just as lame as you. Its 9:43pm here, but i guess i may be lamer, cos me and my partner are both at home, 5 month old son is asleep, and yeah. So even though one of us could have went out, we both stayed in. Losers, i say!!
