Last night the power went out and now no water is coming out from any sinks in my home. The toilets are working but no sinks are working there is only a hissing sound.

I checked the electrical breaker and everything is fine..I currently have a well..

You have lost your main prime on the well when the electricity went out..You need to go out and manually prime the pump(a small screw will come out of the housing allowing you to pour water in...also you can take the sink faucet the furthest away from the hot water heater..turn it on..as you prime the well..and when it comes out turn it off and turn the next one on untill it pumps out and picks up..keep doing this on all faucets doing the furthest from the hot water heater to the next furthest..Some well pumps have a regular valve you can turn instead of removing a screw..such as mine is set up..as you prime the well uit will take a bit for the water to get to that furthest faucet..You simply need to bleed the air that got in the pipes when the power was off...I have to do this also

There is probably too much air in the lines leave them on for awhile like 5 to 10 min and see if you get water. If you still don't get any water call out the plumber.

william was correct with the foot valve issue.I've had the same problem at times. My pump is in the basement, not the well.Often the pump itself needs to be primed.

the hissing sound is air comming from the pipes, let it run for a while, , I,m on a well also, and when the power goes out the foot valve leaks some times, and the water runs back to the well,

There could be a separate ''fused disconnect'' in the line as well as a breaker.
