Basically, rhere's white, rose and red.

White grapes make white wine. Its meaning is lighter, fruitier and sweeter.

Red grapes also make white juice, but if it is left to soak in the red grape skins, it will make rose and eventually red wine.

Rose is light and sweet to dry.

Red wine is more complex, with a multifaceted array of flavors.
