hites are ,any caucasian born in the UNITED STATES, white is an english term and word, therefore any caucasian born in the english system is white no matter where they parent came from. Southern europeans of milk white to scandanavian decend blonde which are light yellow which is a light color, this is the white race. there are the same ethnicity and race and have the same views anywhere around the world, latin white that are born in the U.S are now called white and run with there rest of there race. despite this the correct answer is india since indians are classified as dark skinned caucasians.
The white race is based on any caucasian born in the english system, or any caucasian born in the united states or england.

The US may have the highest number of white people, but I'm guessing that a lot of other countries have a much higher percentage of white people per head of population. For example, the white people in the US may make up about 66% of the population, whereas the number of white people in a lot of other countries (even if fewer in number) would most likely make up a much higher percentage of the population.

Scandinavia (justs a few recent immgrants during 90's) or russia (I dont know what figures say about russia, but Ive been there and there is no other people in russia but russians)

It appears that the United States has the most whites. Census says that approximately 194 million of the 303 million people are white. I checked other countries such as Finland, Germany, England, Russia looking for countries that would have a higher number but all fell short. Russia was the closest with a population of 142 most of which would be 'white'.
Take a look at this list of countries + populations and you will see that other than the Russia, no one comes close to the U.S.
