Did he really say that...tosser. They would be better off without someone who degrades them that way. They are trying. If they do it for each other and their supporters they still have points to play for. Perhaps if his negativity wasn't so clear, he would get a better performance from his team. He is supposed to inspire and motivate them. He isn't so adequate himself and a lousy person to humiliate his squad that way.

He said that? What a moron. On my opinion, very important rule in football management should be:creating a healthy relationship with all of the players in your team + always supporting them,on and off the pitch. If that doesn't work out (and based on that seems like it doesn't),I really believe he should be sacked.

None really, Derby are doomed. Despite Bentley's goal being nigh on perfection yesterday they just look lost in the Premiership. Earnshaw is crap, Lewis Price was at best average in the championship and Giles Barnes is over-rated. Start the clear out now i say and start planning for next season in the championship.

Sorry Derby fans but it's curtains for you.

That there are plenty of points to play for and that nothing can be better than playing and giving your best.

Believing in oneself and his abilities can overcome the massive psychological barrier.

Pride?

Football is about passion, not winning trophy after trophy.

Perhaps they might like to go down with a fight and at least give their fans something to cheer on.

With you attitude i'm surprised you're a top contributor on here.

there is no point-they are already doomed-when you throw away a 1 goal lead to 2-1 in ten minutes (and miss a penalty to boot) then there are serious issues to be looked at-lets be right here-they weren't bad but blackburn were nothing special yesterday and easily beatable by any other prem side-i am afraid the rams are playing for pride now (excuse the pun).
