High Vaginal Swab?

Question

Hi, this morning i had my high vaginal swab in preparation for my 'ICSI' fertility treatment. However i was on the last day of my period and i am worried in case this will interfere with my results and hold back my treatment further. Its been a long 3 years waiting for my appointments and i just dont want to be held back any longer.
