A dork is a total ditz, I have known people labeled as such, but when I got to know them felt different. Sometimes just the complete differences of someone give us one impression and then with further understanding we realize maybe not. It is simply a perception. And then again.....maybe not.

but by calling someone a dork, its just like calling someone a nerd or loser kindof, but in a more playful way
i call my friends dorks all the time when they do or say something...not expected, i guess you could say
