Do you think that in the future someday people will be able to travel and cross borders without any restrictions? Would that mean that there would no such thing as immigration and deportation since the world would be like one big giant country?

I hope so. These man-made boundaries are stupid.

I don't think so. People will always want to protect the territory they consider to be their own and keep out people who are different or who would use their resources. I think selfishness and greed would prevent freedom of movement from existing or working out well.

I think it would be very interesting though to see how things would be if there was complete freedom of movement. I think it's silly how people feel like they have ownership over some certain area of the planet and how countries really own their citizens the way things are today.
