A lot of peoples penises are darker then your normal skin. and it is not allways even. So... yes it is normal

Not sure what you mean by this question. For example, the glans (penis head) is lighter in color than the shaft skin. Also, if you're circumcised, then the color of your penis would be lighter or pinker on the side closer to the glans and darker on the other side of the scar. If you're uncircumcised, there's a more smooth progression of color, but the shaft will still be generally darker than the glans and inner foreskin area.
Does that make sense? All this is normal.

Those of national origin that have skin color can expect it
Those of no nationality with skin color can take it as a call and or go see the doctor to be safe sign
