Not that "only", but even in 'other' successful cases, the rate of success would have been much better that way !
Growth hormones and its level, are maintained , nurtured better when our body(its bio-rhythm) is in close adherence to nature's rhythm.
Our body is 'designed' to go to rest soon after sunset, and rise sooner than sunrise.
Right from bowel movement, the nature supports body's peak performance during that early hours (also called 'brahma muhurat, in ancient Indian texts), around 4.30 am IST.
The intellect is at its peak, once the digestion system is in place and good working condition with fruit diet during dinner, and an early riser would experience peak alertness with a very relaxed mind during those early hours. Otherwise, we are tense when alert, and dull when relaxed . Now, other things would logically follow, that is, health, wealth & wisdom, with immense & intense life experience(lesser pitfalls).

That was the idea which was popular until a few years ago. But, I think these days, it is difficult to apply that norm. Now, you cannot expect to follow the regimen of going to bed and rising early. Due to the pressure of work, a person will not be able to get home early so that he finishes his dinner early and rises early the next day. If you go to bed late but still rise early, you will suffer from lack of adequate sleep. It is said that if you do not have a minimum of 8 hours sleep a day, that will affect your health. Hence, I would not advise you to follow that dictum very strictly.

When you sleep early you wake up early. Waking up has its own merit. You can do exercise in the morning, study if you are a student. Morning air is good for health as it is less polluted and contains more oxygen than any other time. One you are healthy automatically you become wealthy and successful in life also.
