Are you asking if it is okay for a pregnant woman to run that is pregnant? If she is used to it and there are no problems, most women can continue running and exercising until well into the pregnancy. My friend was a captain and ran up until the 8th month. I water skied until was into my 6th month.

Of course! I was still swimming a mile a day and going to exercise classes the day before I had my daughter. Mind you - I admit I was obsessed with fitness at the time.
