the white thing or cement in between my living room ceramics tiles has become dirty and black. I try washing it but still dirty.
I m thinking of sealing something onto it but dunno how to go about it. will filler patch for cracks do ? or those silicon filler ?
I want a permanent , water resistant substance and will not
come out if you use ur finger n scratch on it.

You need a lots of patient to re do your living room.
White instant filler will do for the job and you can get it at Home Depot and this is permanent .
If you just going to seal it overlapping on the old one, it does not gonna last long.
Scrape the old one and i know it will take your time, but
you will get a good finishing.
Apply the instant filler and just before it get dry wipe it with a damp sponge to get a smooth finishing.
Nice to help here. Good Luck
