Have confidence in yourself that you will.
Realize that time has to pass before you perk up.
Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
Be around upbeat people that support and lift your spirits.
Avoid people who drain the life force out of you.
Be grateful for what you have and truly appreciate it.
Learn something new and interesting to divert your sad mind.

Ingest a sugary drink to raise blood sugar level. Eat selatonin enriching foods such as potatoes, rice etc....Smile, and your brain will release delicious endorphin like chemicals and heighten your mood....

What you do is picture a fish with no water...
as if the fish is drowning, but drowning in air.
it helps me.
to know something is in more pain then me.
:D
or you can do what everyone else does, think happy thoughts, drink, and get over yourself.
it's up to you.... I recommend the fishy though.

don't thick of problems.. just relax, go to the bar or go out with friends to get over sadness.

i have used alcohol in the past, going out with my friends, and screaming. the sadness evaporates when i start laughing at myself for being so stupid.

There are many ways you get over feeling sad. You can talk to friends. You can think positive thoughts about what you want to do in the future. Here's a way to look at it, whenever you see an ANT, (automatic negative thought) step on it. This will destroy this harmful and. Replace it with a positve thought.
