i cant sleep I have a lot on my mind i saw a light from my neighbors window so i got a lawn chair and some pop corn and sat on their porch and was looking in their window sorting out my thoughts..they got all mad because they were doing naughty sinful things int here and called the local law..whom i invited to clear their heads also and now they shut the blinds and turned out the lights and my head was not fully cleared and i still cant sleep ..should i sue them?

These neighbors, they seem to be causing a lot of trouble for you. I'd tell them they have 3 days to move out before you burn their house down. Life's too short to have jackass neighbors like that.

If there is no longer something greater to the tale then the cop needs to innovations his company. He shouldn't make remark like that. do no longer enable it make you experience undesirable. I used to stay in an house on the floor floor and that i've got referred to as the law enforcement officials on the those that have been above us as a results of fact they fought constantly and a few nights i concept i exchange into attempting to pass to sleep contained in the direction of a bowling alley yet i does no longer call as a results of fact of a crying toddler.

Just my opinion...
While what you were doing could be considered creepy, I don't think they have a legal leg to stand on. As long as you were on your property, and they DID have their blinds open, there's not a lot they could say.
In order for you to sue, however, you would have to be able to prove that their act of calling the police caused some sort of damages... and I really can't see that.
Just let it go.
