as this point, he is a very strong contender for that award. he almost double his average in almost every statistical category this season compare to his performance last season most especially in rebounds where he is currently ranked number 3 with an amazing 14.0 per game. if Elton Brand will not come back until March, he will be a sure winner for that award.

LaMarcus Aldridge will only be his main rival for this award. just like Kaman, he almost doubled his offensive output this season and not only that he is one of the main reason why Portland is on a winning rampage despite having a young line-up. if Portland goes into the playoff, he could be the winner of this award.

It should be Kaman. He probably put more effort then other candidates like aldridge, roy, gay. These players obviously have more talent then Kaman so he deserves it

I think u have to take that into consideration but the only problem is when Elton Brand comes back will he still be able to put up the same numbers he's putting up now.
