Is it possible to transfer to SDSU from UCSD after one quarter?

I think it would be difficult to make that decision, apply, and get accepted quickly enough to move that immediately. Otherwise, most schools wouldn't have a problem accepting someone from a far more selective school, so transferring shouldn't be a problem in that direction (it probably wouldn't be possible to transfer from SDSU TO UCSD at all).
