i stood up last night an nearly fainted

what can it be

it happens when i dont stand up fast aswell

If it happened when you stood up really fast like that it usually has to do with your blood pressure.

Being dehydrated can also sometimes cause dizziness to occur but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
